Morrie got attatched to the letter because he could relate to the case the children were in, so he was considerate of the situation. HE knew what it was like to be young and have lost your parents felt like.

Life lessons from Morrie

From reading this book about Morrie and all the things he taught Mitch, I've learned a few things I'd like to share. Morrie taught me that life shouldn't be taken for granted all the little things. There's so many things that we take for granted even those really simple moments and how we should just let things happen. We alll get dragged into our life so much we don't pay attention to what matters to us and we let go of all we want and need for things that arn't as important.

"So many people walk around with a meaningless life". I think that quote refers to how people have a bigger a capacity of doing so much in life with so many opportunites and talents and they just let it go to waste. I can apply to myself in a way that I can do alot more things and can be good at many things, but I don't like to do it, so I don't give myself a porpose.

hugs

Hugs have different meaning depending on what type of way your using it. Usually it represents some type of emotional affection, for example when you comfort somebody or a sense of awareness and caring for another person. You can express what you feel with a hug since it can give you a sense of sercurity around people offriends.

narcissism

A narcissist is a person who ha excessive love or admiration of oneself. Morrie had thought of Ted Koppel as a narcissist because he thought he was too into himself. That he focused alot on himself instead of his surroundings. Morrie tried to teach him about the things that happened around the world other than the things around him. Since people are too buried into their own lifes to actually noticce and and be aware of others.

what the world doesnt see

I would like others to see the part of me that they don't usually see. They just know whats on the exterior instead of whats within me. The area of my life I don't share with others is the mean and personal side of me. I don't like people knowing about whats actually on my mind. I like to keep my inner thoughts of whats going inside my head since my comments are better left inside my of my mind. that's the side of me i don't show

mitch's lifestyle

Mitch changed his lifestyle because of society. He did everything he loved doing, he had hopes and dreams of being a musician and instead he traded all he loved for being a writer for a living. Mitch had gone from chasing his dreams and doing what he loved to just seeing others chase their dreams and write down their accomplishments instead of him succeeding in his.

living funeral

I would invite family and friends,or just important people that had some type of influuence when i was living. I really wouldnt know what people would say about me i think they would talk about the imporant things i did when i was alive or how imporant i was to them.

death sentence.

Morrie knew before the sentence that something was wrong. he had trouble sleeping,and he had dreams that he was dying.He stopped driving, walking freely, and he could no longer dress himsef.

me

Im a very random person. Ilike music and art. Ithink writing is a better way to say things because you can erase and change the things you say. i go to Martin High school and i also go to V.M.T. I am in piano and hope to play better each day. I know different music mainly ic forget things alot because ihave so much music stuck in my head.

subject

The meaning of life. I think the porpose of the subject is to teach a life lesson. For somebody to connect with the meaning of things and how life is full of things you dont understand.
